Karen K. DiNatale currently serves as a Client Relationship Manager at Kaizen Financial Planning & Insurance Solutions. In this role, she leverages her extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
Before joining Kaizen, Karen's career spanned various roles at notable organizations, including a small CPA firm, Amgen, Inc., Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Elevance Health, Inc. At Elevance Health, she specialized in reporting for Life and Disability and other specialty insurances, dedicating nearly 18 years to the company until July 2024. Karen is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics in May 1989. Her education laid the foundation for a successful career in the financial sector.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles, Karen spent her formative years there until 2020. In January 2021, she relocated to the suburbs of Nashville, beginning a new chapter in her life. Her journey in community involvement led her to meet David Schrempf while serving on the PTA Boards at their children’s elementary school, and they have been friends ever since. Karen has been happily married to Mark DiNatale for over 20 years. They have two sons, ages 20 and 17. Residing in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, Karen enjoys working from home, aspires to travel more, and engage in artistic pursuits each year.
